SLIK cast brass and wood side cast reel. Back diameter 4 1/4''; spool drum width 2 1/4''; V slot turntable; cast brass metal fittings (nickel plated) SLIK stamped on the back plate. Maker most likely Nick Kross, Queensland -c.1920.

PASTIME 7'' sidecast. Rolled gunmetal back diameter 7 1/8''; Australian silky oak spool-drum width 2 1/8''; optional check; cast brass Y back. Maker Les Wilson, for Len Butterworth, under the pastime brand -c. 1950.

PASTIME sidecast reel. Cast brass back diameter 4 13/16''; Australian silky oak deep dished spool- drum width 2 3/8''; cast line guide; optional check. Maker Les Wilson, for Len Butterworth under the pastime brand -c. 1940.

PASTIME sidecast reel. Cast brass back diameter 4 1/8 '; Australian silky oak spool- drum width 2 1/4''; cast brass line guide, turntable & saddle; optional check. Maker Les Wilson, under the pastime brand for Len Butterworth, Brisbane Queensland -c. 1940.

P.D.J. Wood and nickel plated cast brass sidecast reel. Size 4 1/2''.Maker unknown. Origin Australia -c.1930s. Metal-backed wooden spool-drum; optional check; Ferguson style turntable; removable forked line guide; clutch drag; twin handle knobs; P.D.J. logo stamped on spindle cover plate and backplate; PDJ.3956 stamped on turntable base.
